Polyurethane spray foam is applied directly to the inside of your roof, giving you a strong, leak proof, dustproof, sealed roof at a fraction of the cost of having a new roof fitted. This insulation creates a dust free, draft free and warm environment. It creates a warmer space in winter and cooler in summer and also reduces airborne sound penetrating your property.
A great advantage of polyurethane spray is the fact that it bonds slates or tiles together and bonds them to the structural or supporting timbers thus eliminating the need of re-roofing, and replacing the anchorage of fixing nails. It makes the roof much more resistant to storm and impact damage.
The insulation of your loft prevents condensation build up and eliminates the risk of pipes and tanks freezing. Another obvious quality is the reduction on heating bulls by cutting down the heat loss through the roof – this in turn helps the environment by reducing Co2 emissions.
